No matter how short the rest time you have, you need to be grateful because by resting, the body has time to recover so you have more energy to continue activities.


Surrounded by Good People


Having good people around you is a gift that you need to be grateful for because they are a source of happiness. This is in line with the statement from the Mayo Clinic which states that support from people around is very important to help get through stress in difficult times, having a bad day, or a bereavement filled with loss.


Without them, you may become lonely and withdraw from social life. For that, don't forget to thank those who love you.
