Sometimes it is undeniable that after making love, there is a sense of laziness to move out of bed or immediately want to sleep because of exhaustion.

Drink plenty of water before and after sex. More water consumed will make the bladder stretch and cause the urge to urinate.

Sit on the toilet, take a few minutes to stimulate the urine to expel its contents.

Listening to the sound of water can be a way to stimulate the urge to urinate.
